Spaghetti Bolognese

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g premium beef mince

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 can tomato puree

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

  1. Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.

  2. Add minced beef and cook until browned.

  3. Stir in tomato puree, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.

  4. Serve over pasta with grated parmesan.
