Slow-Cooked Beef Short Ribs
These melt-in-your-mouth beef short ribs are slow-cooked to perfection in a rich, flavorful broth.

INGREDIENTS
1kg beef short ribs
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 cup red wine
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 sprigs rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Season beef short ribs with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot pan.
Add onion and garlic to the pan and cook until softened.
Transfer ribs and veggies to a slow cooker. Add broth, wine, tomato paste, and rosemary.
Cook on low for 4 hours or until tender.
