Pork Schnitzel with Cabbage Slaw

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pork cutlets

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 small cabbage, shredded

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

  1. Preheat a pan with olive oil.

  2. Dredge pork cutlets in flour, dip in egg, and coat in breadcrumbs.

  3. Fry schnitzels for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through.

  4. In a bowl, mix cabbage with vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

  5. Serve schnitzels with cabbage slaw.
