Pork Schnitzel with Cabbage Slaw

INGREDIENTS
4 pork cutlets
1 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small cabbage, shredded
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Preheat a pan with olive oil.
Dredge pork cutlets in flour, dip in egg, and coat in breadcrumbs.
Fry schnitzels for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through.
In a bowl, mix cabbage with vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Serve schnitzels with cabbage slaw.
