Grilled Barramundi with Mango Salsa

INGREDIENTS
4 barramundi fillets
1 mango, diced
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 red chili, chopped
2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Olive oil for grilling
METHOD
Preheat grill to medium-high. Drizzle barramundi fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Grill fish for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
In a bowl, mix mango, onion, chili, coriander, and lime juice.
Serve the fish topped with mango salsa.
