Mince & Veggie Cottage Pie
This comforting cottage pie is loaded with savory minced beef and vegetables, topped with creamy mashed potatoes.

INGREDIENTS
500g premium beef mince
2 carrots, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup beef broth
2 tbsp tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Cook minced beef in a pan until browned. Add carrots, onion, and tomato paste. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add broth and cook until thickened.
Transfer meat mixture to a baking dish, top with mashed potatoes.
Bake for 15 minutes, until golden.
