Lamb Chops with Garlic & Rosemary

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 lamb loin chops

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

  1. Preheat grill or pan to medium-high.

  2. Rub lamb chops with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

  3. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your preference.
