INGREDIENTS
4 salmon fillets
2 tbsp butter
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Grill for 5-6 minutes on each side.
Melt butter with lemon juice and dill, drizzle over salmon before serving.
