Grilled Salmon with Dill & Lemon Butter

Tender, flaky salmon grilled to perfection and drizzled with a creamy dill and lemon butter sauce for a fresh, light dinner.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.

  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Grill for 5-6 minutes on each side.

  3. Melt butter with lemon juice and dill, drizzle over salmon before serving.
