Lamb Kofta Kebabs

These juicy, herb-packed lamb kofta kebabs are perfect for grilling and bursting with Mediterranean flavor.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g lamb mince

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp ground cumin

  • 1 tbsp ground coriander

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Olive oil for grilling

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, combine lamb mince, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, parsley, mint, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  2. Divide mixture into 8 portions and mold onto skewers.

  3. Preheat the grill and cook kebabs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.

  4. Serve with pita bread, tzatziki sauce, and a side of salad.
