Lamb Kofta Kebabs
These juicy, herb-packed lamb kofta kebabs are perfect for grilling and bursting with Mediterranean flavor.

INGREDIENTS
500g lamb mince
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for grilling
METHOD
In a bowl, combine lamb mince, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, parsley, mint, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Divide mixture into 8 portions and mold onto skewers.
Preheat the grill and cook kebabs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
Serve with pita bread, tzatziki sauce, and a side of salad.
